The International Biodanza workshop is located at the Dlefinia Hotel of Molivos/Molyvos village on the Greek Aegean Island of Lesbos. Because its in the open air it will give you a nice breeze during your workshop.

Biodanza Vital Development (BVD)
is to dance with life
It’s a system of human development and awareness now in the UK for
17 years and pioneered and founded by Patricia Martello.
Biodanza uses the experience of positive emotions, music, movement,
expression and the awakening of an archaic sense of community to open
up and awaken a profound and enjoyable connection with our unique
human potentials. It does this through creating with specific dances and
exercises, unique intense experiences of aliveness known as
vivacious.
So how can BVD help you?
If you are living in stress, worries, anxiety or frustration, or maybe depression, anger, anxiety or fear: are you capable of making good every day decisions or responding appropriately to other people in your life?
By returning to a state of
holistic well being
and profound enjoyment through BVD classes, people make meaningful decisions in their pathways of life and respond more appropriately to the daily stresses that a normal life presents to us.
After taking a few months of regular classes, people really do improve their well being and the quality of their style of life. And they start this by taking their lives in their own hands. People
start to understand at existential level that life can be lived in a more profound and positive way and they start to do so.
The Vivential system of Life awareness The human potential of the participant is awakened in a group process by living in the here and now with intensity and enjoyment. This moment
of full awareness and aliveness, the
vivencia of BVD
, may be felt physically, psychologically, emotionally, in the joy of movement and the sense of a free body, in connection and communion with yourself and with others in the group or, sometimes, in contact with Nature.
BVD is not for
survivors

The Vivencias will be in the morning and
late afternoon, in an outside protected space
close to the sea and the swimming pool
Some Vivencias will be held on the beach, to receive the sweet caresses and tenderness of the Sun at the end of the day. After a joyful day we will meet with friends in the taverna to enjoy the delicious. Greek cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere: The paradise on earth, here and now,
Now or Never...!
Molyvos (or Mythimna) is an enchanting small village on the north side of the island. It’s rooted in the rock which is dominated by the medieval castle (kastro) and spreads down to the sea.
The venue of the workshop is the DELFINIA Hotel, situated ¾ of a mile from Molyvos, facing the Aegean Sea. The Delfinia features a swimming pool by the sea, a ‘taverna’, where you can have delicious Greek dishes and snacks, rooms and bungalows with sea views, and the typical Greek warm hospitality.
In between Vivencias we will have free afternoons to rest, or enjoy the swimming pool or perhaps make a short trip to other beaches and sites: Thermi (thermal waters), Petra, Skala Sikaminia, Anaxos, the local harbour, the market, etc
