DESCRIPTION ROOM ROOMS LESBOS
In the centre of Molivos, half way up the hill with stunning sea views.
Access to the Nassos Guest House in Molivos is up quite a steep pathway so it is impossible to drive right up to this beautiful mansion.
This is a Guesthouse with 7 all beautifully decorated rooms, kitchen, 4 bath rooms, patio and terrace with stunning sea view. It is within 5/10 minutes walking distance of the beach, bank, shops, bars, tavernas and the lively harbor.

There are 2 floors:
Ground floor 
2 double rooms (one with private bathroom) and 1 single room, kitchen (very well equipped with adequate cookery etc), patio and bathroom.  
1st floor
4 twin rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and terrace.
The terrace has breathtaking sea views and a wonderful eating area, a patio with tables and chairs to enjoy your meals.

All rooms are clean, recently painted, have stunning views over Molivos rooftops and bay. If you need to accommodate a big group; there is an extra apartment available with a separate entrance if you like.Total guests in the Guest House (16) and apartment (4) are 20. The building is situated on a small dead-end street (no access for cars), the rooms are private and quiet; and there’s no shortage of solar-powered hot water. An ideal place to stay for travelers, groups or individuals or for that matter, anyone simply wanting a pleasant room in a lovely village at a very reasonable price.

TRANSPORT TRANSFER LESBOS
Taxi
We advice all our guests to let us arrange a taxi (75 Euros and 1,5 hour drive) for your transfer from harbor or airport to your accommodation. It will save you the trouble to find out where to find it (specially when it will be dark) because your taxi driver will know exactly where to take you.
There is a taxi rank just outside Molivos village and fares are reasonable.
Car rental
If you like to rent a car we can recommend Kosmos carrental Company , you can have it waiting for you at the airport/harbor or you will have enough time to do this the next day/morning because it will be open 7 days a week and you can leave your car at the Airport on your last day. A car is really not necessary within Molivos but if you wish to explore the whole island it would certainly be an advantage.
Local bus
There are reasonably good bus services across the Island, especially between Molivos and Mitilini. In May to September there is a local bus service all day long from Eftalou to Molivos to Petra and then to Anaxos and back. However, there is a less frequent winter service.
Mitilini Harbor
There is a large port in Mytilini with daily sailings to Athens (about 9 hours) and Chios, and also frequent sailings to Limnos and Rhodes.
Domestic flights to Athens take about 45 minutes (Aegean and Olympic Airways). Direct charter flights from the UK (Gatwick and Manchester) are from May to Mid October on Thursdays. Otherwise you have to fly via Athens (Easy jet, Olympic and British Airways). There are also direct flights from Holland, Norway and Germany in the summer.

SUITABLE
Unsuitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair is inaccessible
Ideally suitable for (big) families/groups, individuals or classes like Yoga, Painting courses, team building, treatments etc..

LOCAL ACTIVITIES, TRIPS
Diving, swimming, tennis, walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing and mountain-biking.
There is a very good book on walks in the area (in the house).
Bird watching in spring and autumn and Molivos is about half an hour from the gulf of Kalloni where many interesting birds can be spotted (120 seen by guests!).
Mountain bikes can be hired locally.
Donkey treks can be arranged with local travel agents.
You can snorkel around the rocks off Molivos.
Molivos beach, pebble stone and small sandy beach.
Boat trips along the coast with swimming and barbeque are wonderfully relaxing.
